Fewer Women employees in Manufacturing
There are more companies looking to attract women in their companies for giving job vacancies. To take on manufacturing-related jobs, as historically, manufacturing or any other profession has been made a male model dominated field. The manufacturing factor is overall health of industrial machine learning. It provides good jobs with good wages and with higher solid benefits that helps in the growth of other parts/sections of economy. The no of women is increasing day by day in the section of manufacturing. In U.S manufacturing making a comeback, this study highlights the role of women in the industry. Manufacturing workforce is aging faster than other segments of the economy are 45 years or older. Manufacturing also supports jobs in other segments of the economy. Research has shown that the employment multiplier is higher than manufacturing than in other sectors of the economy now. Women shares 27% in the manufacturing employment at the lowest it has been since 1971 till now.
